Your personal data is processed strictly for academic administration, maintaining attendance logs, issuing Ministry of Education approved language certificates, generating Visa Acceptance letters, and managing regulatory compliance reporting.

Where mandated by law, biometric and passport records may be securely transmitted to the Directorate General of Migration Management (Göç İdaresi) or the Council of Higher Education (YÖK). BTÜ TÖMER does not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your data to unrelated private entities without explicit consent.
